Qualifications

• Professional Membership with a registered accreditation body.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Built environment, with 7+ years in construction project management.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the total project life cycle from conception to completion.
• Facilitate development of Clear Brief and define consulting team roles.
• Monitor budget and schedule performance; ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee subcontractors and project team; review drawings for compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and provide proactive project updates.
