Job summary

Prosperitas Personnel is seeking a skilled engineer to design and develop data centre and critical infrastructure solutions in a client-focused environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technically robust designs.

The role involves estimating budgets, supporting business development, and overseeing implementation, testing, and handover to ensure high performance and reliability of systems.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• PrEng/PrTech accreditation is advantageous.
• Experience in data centre design, power systems, cooling, BMS/SCADA/PLC.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data centre and critical infrastructure solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications, proposals, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Engage with clients to identify requirements and tailor solutions.
• Support business development and drive solution-based sales opportunities.
• Oversee solution implementation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability and efficiency requirements.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and client satisfaction.
