Key Responsibilities

• Job Objectives: - To ensure the accuracy of existing patient information/details to safeguard against duplications so that records are accurate and up to date - To ensure that new patient files are loaded onto the system by ensuring information is captured correctly and timeously - To ensure that patients are contacted to confirm their delivery details while also ensuring any queries they might have are answered and followed up timeously - To validate patient delivery addresses - To ensure that client database is regularly checked for duplications and errors and ensure that the database is "cleaned up" to ensure data integrity - To resolve queries from internal and external customers regarding patient information to ensure that medication rejection and incorrect/delayed deliveries is eliminated Skills: Essential: - Communication Skills Desirable: - Ability to work effectively under pressure - Conflict management /negotiation skills Competencies: Essential: - Working with People - Achieving Personal Work Goals and Objectives - Adhering to Principles and Values - Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations - Following Instructions and Procedures - Coping with pressure and setbacks
