Hollard Life Solutions Division is seeking a Data Capturer to join our operations team in Johannesburg. You will transform customer applications into successful business outcomes, capturing and processing new business with accuracy and speed.

You will work closely with internal teams, brokers and partners to ensure seamless support and an outstanding customer experience, while upholding service standards and quality requirements.

Responsabilités

• Retain customers through quality service delivery
• Adhere to Service Level Agreements
• Adhere to Quality requirements
• Eliminate unnecessary errors that could lead to a financial and reputational loss for Hollard Life

• Make a number of complaints related to job performance

• Contribute to continuous improvement - Ideas and suggestions to be presented
• Report system bugs and shortcomings
• Assist with testing of new systems
