Rotork seeks a D365 Finance Process Owner/Superuser to drive successful deployment of D365 across site and regional wave. You will act as a liaison between project teams and colleagues, champion change and support adoption of new processes.

Day-to-day you will participate in business readiness activities, system testing, deliver training, and provide post-implementation support while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting ERP implementations and finance systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to train staff and drive adoption.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site during critical phases.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a change champion guiding colleagues through transitions.
• Deliver training and support to ensure adoption of new processes.
• Provide post-implementation support and engage stakeholders.
• Engage early in system design and testing to build knowledge.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders clearly and timely.
• Assist in planning deployments and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Travel and on-site presence when required.
