Job summary

Exclusive Networks in South Africa is seeking an Internal Account Manager to deliver high-quality operational and partner support within the cybersecurity distribution business. This role requires close collaboration with channel partners and internal teams to ensure accurate quotations and efficient order processing.

Reporting to the Country Sales Manager, you will maintain CRM records, respond to inquiries within the two-hour SLA, and provide proactive updates on orders, stock, and delivery

Qualifications

• Matric required; 2+ years experience in account management or sales support.
• Experience in IT distribution or vendor management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity vendor products and processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned channel partners, ensuring professional, timely, and consistent communication.
• Respond to partner inquiries within a 2-hour SLA, maintaining service excellence standards.
• Prepare, validate, and issue accurate pricing quotations in line with approved commercial frameworks.
• Manage order placement activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Provide proactive updates on order status, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate CRM records including partner opportunities, activities, and pipeline status.
