Job summary

Momentum is seeking a motivated CX Intern to support the CX team in Centurion. You will help understand client needs, analyze feedback, and identify opportunities to improve experiences across the business.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is mandatory.
• Recently completed a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance, Investments, Business Administration / Business Management, Data Analytics or Client Experience.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to CX trends, best practices and industry benchmarks through guided research.
• Learn how client feedback from surveys, complaints, compliments and other feedback channels is reviewed and interpreted.
• Develop an understanding of how recurring themes, trends and improvement opportunities are identified.
• Build practical experience in gathering, organising and analysing qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.
• Gain exposure to CX metrics, performance indicators and the way these are measured and reported.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, dashboards and insight summaries while learning how insights are communicated to stakeholders.
• Be introduced to client personas and journey mapping as tools for understanding client needs and experiences.
