Qualifications

• Completed a degree in Finance, Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data requests from Key Accounts and coordinate delivery in a secure and efficient format.
• Analyze data integration requests and contribute to business cases for integration.
• Coordinate and oversee implementation of operational changes from Key Accounts.
• Investigate queries from Key Accounts and oversee resolution with Product Houses.
• Assist with data analysis using key account reports and create engagement packs for meetings.
• Support Key Account Managers in implementing action plans and collating metrics.
• Assist with managing profiles per Key Account for communication with internal stakeholders.
• Support key account new adviser onboarding, ensuring process efficiency.
• Make recommendations to improve client service and support the team in delivering on service level agreements.
