Job summary

Responsibilities

Engage telephonically with clients to explain products
Optimise leads performance and improve sales conversion rates
Track and analyse lead performance and prepare reports
Allocate leads to sales agents for quoting and closing
Ensure new business applications are fully completed
Follow up on outstanding client information
Capture data accurately on company systems
Escalate client queries to the relevant department
Provide accurate advice and after-sales service
Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
