LAZ Parking is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, assist in lobbies and parking offices, and help direct traffic. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and efficient problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

• Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and parking office; help direct traffic.
• Promote positive customer relations with a friendly, can-do attitude.
