Job summary

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English and the local dominant language.
• Grade 10/NQF3 with at least 1 year related experience or Grade 12 with no experience.
• Valid South African ID or work permit and basic arithmetic ability.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with product queries.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Merchandise stock and ensure correct shelf labeling.
• Keep the designated area neatly arranged according to store layout.
• Maintain a safe and obstacle-free area for customers and staff.
• Complete required checklists when on duty.
