We are seeking telesales/customer service agents to join our team supporting a range of clients within the UK market.

This role involves proactively engaging UK customers by phone to promote products and services, convert enquiries into sales, upsell and cross-sell complementary offerings, and deliver world-class customer service throughout the sales journey. The ideal candidate is target-driven, persuasive, tech-savvy, and available to work UK business hours.

Minimum requirements (Qualifications and Experience):

• Grade 12/Matric.
• Must have a clear credit and criminal record.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales, outbound sales, or a target-driven customer service role.
• Previous experience working UK business hours (preferred)
• Experience selling in a product- or service-focused environment.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to explain product features and benefits in a clear, persuasive, and user-friendly manner.
• Proven ability to identify customer needs and match them to the right product, including upselling and cross-selling
• Availability to work UK business hours (shift patterns aligned to UK retail hours)
• Familiarity with call centre/telesales tools, CRM systems, and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (advantageous).
• Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with KPIs and sales targets/quotas.
• Knowledge of relevant UK compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g. telesales/telemarketing regulations, GDPR, and consumer protection rules).
• Proven ability to build rapport, handle objections, close sales, and contribute to customer retention strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls and respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, or digital platforms regarding a range of products and services.

• Handle objections confidently and use persuasive techniques to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

• Accurately process orders and log all interactions and customer records in internal CRM systems
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance the customer experience and sales process.
• Comply with internal processes, sales standards, and UK regulatory requirements (including telesales and GDPR rules)
