Job summary

Primeserv Denverdraft is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a Kempton Park, South Africa-based role. You will keep clients informed and supported from booking a collection to confirming a delivery, acting as a natural problem-solver who ensures no query remains unresolved.

You will handle ticketing, Outlook, and WhatsApp communications, book collections and deliveries, and coordinate with internal ops to provide accurate updates. On-site position in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and hands-on problem-solving.
• Ability to think outside the box to find solutions for clients.
• Comfortable working across multiple communication channels (ticketing system, email, WhatsApp).
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Experience with a parcel/freight management system is an advantage.

• Perform daily checks on outstanding queries and follow up through internal systems.
