Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for prospective clients.

In this remote role, you will own the early funnel, build accurate contact lists, tailor outbound sequences and maintain clean CRM data to support Account Executives and grow our pipeline across South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar
• Strong written communication skills and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable
