Job summary

Pick n Pay is seeking a motivated team member to support General Merchandise standards and help achieve targets. You will ensure hygiene, stock rotation, pricing accuracy, and customer service excellence across stores.

The role requires Grade 12, 2-3 years retail experience, English communication, and willingness to undergo checks and transfers between stores. Flexibility for shifts and teamwork are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene, housekeeping and safe working standards.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and merchandise is displayed correctly.
• Conduct regular quality checks and rotate stock; remove damaged items.
• Prevent wastage, shrinkage and damages.
• Check pricing and labels for accuracy.
• Assist customers, respond to requests, and provide courteous service.
