British American Tobacco seeks an IDT Area Lead – Customer in Cape Town to drive digital delivery across the SSA region, leveraging agile practices and technology to optimise route to market.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage end-to-end project delivery, and mentor a team while reporting to the Area Head of IDT, applying a DevSecOps mindset and working within a dynamic FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a digital project management role

Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Partner, elicit requirements and translate to functional specs
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects across the Area
• Adopt a DevSecOps mentality and integrate cybersecurity
• Manage transformation roadmaps and contribute to Marketing Technology roadmap
• Apply lean and agile methodologies in daily operations
