Job summary

BAT is expanding its Information & Digital Technology (IDT) team in Cape Town to enable the digital and business roadmap across SSA. You will partner with stakeholders to design and deliver scalable digital solutions, applying Lean/Agile practices and working across multiple markets and vendors.

You will collaborate with product managers, architects and operations to ensure value delivery, security, and robust architecture while leveraging enterprise platforms and modern data analytics tools.

Qualifications

3+ years experience as a digital business analyst or equivalent.
Experience delivering transformational projects across multiple vendors/stakeholders.
Proven experience with agile methodologies and product delivery.

Responsibilities

Contribute to digital business solution planning and delivery roadmap.
Develop high quality product requirements addressing business, infrastructure, security and operations needs.
Prioritise and communicate options, costs and risks to stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across markets and teams.
Coordinate deployment and testing with IT Operations and stakeholders.
Apply Lean/Agile practices including user stories and testing.
Manage product release calendars with local and above market teams.
Collaborate with architects and managers to ensure scalable, resilient solutions.
