Placements24 is seeking a Kitchen Operations Supervisor to manage the busy catering kitchen in Mahikeng. You will lead a kitchen team, ensure recipes are followed, and uphold strict hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising kitchen staff in a commercial or catering setting.
• Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP and sanitation best practices.
• Ability to plan, organize and multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities, ensuring quality and recipe compliance.
• Maintain hygiene standards and regulatory compliance through regular checks.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, storage and waste minimization.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, safety, and sanitary working conditions.
• Train new staff and support Head Chef with menu execution and production planning.
