Qualifications

• Experience in crypto, blockchain, Web3, fintech, or digital payments environments.
• Ability to translate crypto operations into product requirements.
• Comfortable liaising with risk, compliance, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for assigned crypto‑related SaaS products across risk, fraud, and compliance.
• Collaborate with product specialists, analysts, engineers, and managers to define and refine crypto product features and capabilities.
• Gather and analyse feedback from operational teams using crypto tooling to inform continuous product improvement.
• Translate complex crypto operational needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Conduct product demonstrations, enablement sessions, and training for internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Support the Product Lead and Divisional Manager with crypto and technical expertise during RFPs, due diligence exercises, audits, and partner assessments.
• Partner with governance and compliance specialists to maintain accurate product documentation and knowledge base content.
• Monitor product performance, usage analytics, and risk indicators to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Stay current with crypto industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies such as blockchain analytics and Web3 tools.
