Placements24 aims to recruit a Crypto Community Manager to grow and nurture online communities in the crypto space. The role bridges the company with users across Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and other platforms, fostering engagement and strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in crypto community management, superb communication skills, and a solid grasp of social media engagement practices. A hybrid work model and crypto-token reward potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Community Management, preferably within the crypto or blockchain space.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and content creation skills.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and community engagement best practices.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with community management tools and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies across social media platforms (e.g., Telegram, Discord, Twitter).
• Monitor community channels, respond to user inquiries, and facilitate discussions.
• Organize and host community events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and online activities.
• Gather user feedback and insights, relaying them to product and marketing teams.
• Create engaging content tailored for community platforms.
• Manage and grow the online community presence, fostering a positive and active user base.
