Lever, Inc. is listing a CRO Executive role on behalf of a partner company based in South Africa.

You’ll collaborate with senior CRO consultants, designers, developers, and clients to identify opportunities and translate insights into measurable improvements across ecommerce experiences. Initially you’ll support senior consultants while owning defined initiatives from discovery to delivery, with progression toward leading client roadmaps, meetings, and strategic direction in a fully remote

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with Ecommerce brands.
• Agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand client goals, user needs, and site metrics with senior CRO consultants.
• Identify optimization opportunities using analytics, user insights, and competitive research.
• Draft clear, evidence-based recommendations with expected business impact.
• Prioritize roadmaps by impact, evidence, and effort.
• Lead initiative briefs and coordinate across CRO, design, and dev teams.
• Engage in client meetings, updates, and action follow-ups.
• Progress toward owning client accounts and strategic roadmaps.
