• Proven experience handling complex or sensitive customer complaints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM or case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound consumer contacts across phone, web, email and social channels.
• Investigate and document consumer complaints with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare professional correspondence throughout the case lifecycle.
• Escalate complex queries to the appropriate business unit when required.
• Respond to executive-level and social media complaints with professionalism and discretion.
