Job summary

Groupe CFAO in Africa, South Africa, seeks 3 part-time Administrators to maintain accuracy of customer and equipment data in the CRM system. You will proactively contact customers to validate information and perform ongoing data cleansing.

Responsibilities include validating hour-meter readings, service intervals, and contract compliance, plus generating weekly reports to support operations. Matric/Grade 12 and experience with Excel/ERP/CRM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of Matric / Grade 12 or 5 years work experience.
• Proficiency in inventory management software, Excel, ERP systems, barcode scanning technology, and data analysis tools.
• Understanding of inventory control principles and stocktaking.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Validate and update customer and asset data in the CRM system.
• Contact customers by phone/email to verify information.
• Perform data cleansing to remove duplicates and inaccuracies.
• Validate equipment hour meter readings and service intervals.
• Generate weekly data validation and cleansing reports.
• Maintain data integrity across CRM and ERP systems.
