Qualifications

• Strong report writing and presentation skills to committees.
• Ability to assess debt/equity deals across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and critically assess risk of debt and equity deals.
• Engage with clients and interrogate business models for risks.
• Assess financial data provided by clients and advisors.
• Build/assess financial models and forecast performance.
• Structure deals in line with risk philosophy and limits.
• Provide clear recommendations and own submission timelines.
• Present deals at committee and respond to questions.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders across risk and business.
