Responsibilities

• Unpack and critically think about the risk of debt and equity deals for clients across geographies and industries.

• Working alongside the deal to structure a deal in line with the bank’s risk philosophy.
• Presenting a deal at committee and influencing outcomes for a good client-bank result.
