Job summary

Hotsourced Ltd. is seeking a proactive Creator Partnerships & E-commerce Coordinator to scale our client's creator and affiliate network while managing a Shopify store.

Based in South Africa, you will work remotely with UK/European markets, reporting to Head of Growth and collaborating with partners. You will identify creators, coordinate content, manage affiliate programs, and optimize the online shopping experience to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for a fast-growing European

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in e-commerce, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate management.
• Hands-on Shopify experience including product updates and store administration.
• Proven ability to identify, contact, negotiate with, and manage content creators or influencers.
• Familiarity with Instagram and creator-led marketing; interest in expanding to TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills; ability to manage multiple creator relationships and tasks.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset; able to own projects from start to finish.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with growth aspirations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage relevant creators and affiliates across the UK, France, and Europe.
• Negotiate rates, usage rights, and deliverables with creators.
• Prepare briefs, arrange product shipments, and monitor content delivery.
• Develop and scale the affiliate programme with codes, commissions, and tracking.
• Create scalable workflows to manage hundreds of creator relationships.
• Maintain creator databases, outreach trackers, and content libraries.
• Collaborate on Instagram and future TikTok initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day Shopify store updates, collections, banners, and imagery.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and seasonal website merchandising.
• Run CRO experiments with no-code tools and review performance.
• Collaborate with developers to implement improvements and ensure UX.
• Monitor checkout flow and overall customer experience; support ongoing improvement.
