Job summary

Remote Choice in South Africa seeks a Creator & Affiliate Manager to own affiliate programmes across 10+ accounts. You’ll identify, brief, engage and report on creators, ensuring brand fit and conversion success.

You’ll work UK hours (9am-5pm) from SA, building strategies, incentives and communities that drive long-term creator partnerships and measurable ROI for beauty, fragrance and lifestyle brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in creator, influencer or affiliate marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok formats and selling dynamics.
• Excellent written English with a natural outreach style.
• Highly organised, able to manage 10+ accounts and many creators.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate sourcing & outreach for brand-fit creators.
• Manage ongoing affiliate relationships, negotiate terms and retain performers.
• Set up and run creator challenges, briefs and content submissions.
• Build end-to-end affiliate strategy and report GMV, views and ROI.
