We’re a fast-moving Social Commerce company that uses TikTok and other creator-driven platforms to generate real sales through authentic content. To scale, we’re looking for a proactive Affiliate Manager—someone who can recruit creators at volume, manage multiple accounts at once, and keep every campaign moving smoothly from product shipment to published video.

What You’ll Do

• Grow Our Affiliate Network: Manage 4–5 affiliate accounts at a time while continually expanding our creator community—up to 1,000 affiliates per month. You’ll source using AI tools, manual outreach, Euka, TikTok’s Creator Marketplace, and Instagram/Amazon affiliate pipelines. Experience with multiple platforms is welcomed.


• Onboard & Support Creators: Approve new affiliates, walk them through expectations, and ensure they follow brand and product guidelines.


• Keep Campaigns Moving: Coordinate product shipments, track receipts, and review content to ensure videos meet brand standards before they go live. Work closely with marketing, operations, and other internal departments to keep communication clear and campaigns on track.


• Lead Affiliate Casting: Identify strong creator fits for upcoming campaigns and help match products with the right talent across TikTok, Instagram, and Amazon.


• Monitor & Improve Performance: Track affiliate engagement, conversions, and content quality—then adjust strategies to increase reach and sales.

What You Bring

• Experience working with creators on TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, or other social commerce platforms.


• Familiarity with social commerce and e-commerce workflows.


• Ability to manage multiple accounts and fast-moving projects at once.


• Strong, confident communication skills with both creators and internal teams.


• Experience using Euka, TikTok outreach tools, Amazon/IG affiliate tools, or equivalent.


• Understanding of affiliate casting and talent selection.


• Comfort using digital and e-commerce platforms.
