You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every detail is managed meticulously and guest experiences are exceptional.

The ideal candidate has proven event coordination experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with event management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event coordination or related role.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
• A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle unforeseen challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of various events, managing timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth logistics.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
• On-site support during events, overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Manage event-related documentation, including contracts and invoices.
• Contribute creative ideas for event themes, entertainment, and logistics in Bloemfontein.
