You’ll investigate and manage courier claims from start to finish, checking evidence, challenging inconsistencies and maximising recovery. This role is for a sharp, detail-obsessed communicator who can read GPS trails, verify timelines and maintain good relationships with couriers even when pushing for full recovery.

Qualifications

• Investigate and manage courier claims from start to finish.
• Verify evidence and timelines; challenge inconsistencies where needed.
• Collaborate with couriers, Finance and CS teams to maximise recovery.
• Maintain accurate information across internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Investigating Claims: Investigate lost, damaged, tampered and other claimable courier events.
• Maximising Recovery: Assess financial viability; identify salvage options when applicable.
• Working With Couriers & Internal Teams: Act as operational contact for courier claims and insurers.
• Improving the Process: Analyse claim data to identify recurring trends and improvement opportunities.
