Cre8work Academy is seeking a driven Business Development Consultant to grow our corporate training business. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with HR and senior decision-makers, and promote our training and development solutions.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• 2–3 years' experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience selling training, education, HR, recruitment or other business services is advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong cold-calling, networking and lead-generation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident dealing with business owners, HR managers and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.
• Prospect and cold-call potential clients to generate new leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR, Training, L&D and senior management.
• Promote and sell Cre8work Academy's training and skills development solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and follow-ups.
• Understand client training needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow through to close.
• Maintain accurate sales and client records.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Develop existing client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Keep up to date with corporate training and skills development trends.
