Qualifications

• 1-3 years post qualification experience in a corporate commercial legal capacity.
• Experience as an Associate or legal advisor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Legal Counsel: Corporate and Head of Legal Affairs.
• Manage corporate and trading contracts post-signature.
• Support with M&A activities and extraordinary transactions.
• Advise on regulations for Electricity Trading.
• Assist with administration of trusts.
• Support corporate finance transactions.
• Support corporate governance and secretarial requirements.
• Draft and review commercial contracts.
