Job summary

Together Staffing group is seeking a Corporate Finance Executive for a reputable client in Gauteng. The role requires CA(SA) and/or CFA qualifications, with a minimum of 3 years in corporate finance or private equity and a track record of high-calibre financial modelling.

The candidate will lead and train staff, originate dealflow, and interact with blue-chip clients and equity/debt funders, delivering precise, client-focused financial analysis and presentations under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) or CFA qualification is required.
• 3+ years corporate finance or private equity experience.
• Exceptional financial modelling (Excel), document writing (Word) and presentation (PowerPoint) skills.
• Extreme attention to detail and focus on high quality client work.
• Highly self-driven with ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to engage professionally with blue chip clients and equity/debt funders.
• Ability to lead and train staff that may be brought on board.
• Ability to originate additional dealflow.
