Network Finance is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to support deal transactions, valuations, and financial analyses. You will work with deal teams to assess financial information and assist in deal structuring and decision making.

The ideal candidate holds a CA(SA) and has 2–5 years post-article experience, preferably in corporate finance. Exposure to due diligence and valuations is required; CFA progress is advantageous; based in Randburg, South Africa.

Competenze

Qualified CA(SA).
2–5 years post-article experience, ideally 2–3 years.
Post-article experience in deals or corporate finance.
Exposure to valuations and financial due diligence.
Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills.
