Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to support deal transactions, valuations, and financial analyses. You will work with deal teams to assess financial information and assist in deal structuring and decision making.

The ideal candidate holds a CA(SA) and has 2–5 years post-article experience, preferably in corporate finance. Exposure to due diligence and valuations is required; CFA progress is advantageous; based in Randburg, South Africa.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA).
• 2–5 years post-article experience, ideally 2–3 years.
• Post-article experience in deals or corporate finance.
• Exposure to valuations and financial due diligence.
• Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate finance transactions and deal-related activities.
• Assist with valuations and financial analysis.
• Contribute to financial due diligence processes.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to support transaction decisions.
• Support the preparation and analysis of financial information relating to corporate finance engagements.
