CodeConnect Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services organisation for an experienced technology leader to take ownership of end-to-end systems integration architecture and delivery within a major core banking and channel modernisation programme.

The role will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between the core banking environment and the organisation's wider technology ecosystem, including channels, payments, data platforms, finance, risk, CRM, data

Qualifications

• 11+ years in technology or systems integration.
• 6–7 years of management or leadership experience.
• Led multidisciplinary or virtual teams on complex tech delivery.
• Extensive experience in systems and enterprise integration architecture.
• Defined and governed API, event-driven and file-based integrations.
• Strong grasp of enterprise technology architecture and standards.
• Experience planning roadmaps, strategies and managing technical debt.
• Knowledge of IT risk, resilience, and disaster recovery.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tech teams with stakeholders.
• Formal qualification: Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration architecture and delivery strategy.
• Define enterprise integration approaches across APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Maintain integration blueprint and interface catalogue.
• Lead integration across core banking, channels, payments and data platforms.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and governance.
• Drive reusable integration patterns across subsidiaries.
• Coordinate integration build, testing and implementation with teams.
• Define technology asset strategy and target-state architecture.
• Oversee technology portfolio budgets and TCO optimization.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary technical teams for future readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and reliable operational delivery.
