SAP Fioneer is seeking a Banking Consultant (Solution Architect) to shape the future of modern banking architectures. You will drive strategic transformation projects, design scalable solutions, and advise clients on modernization of core banking platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance and business agility.

Qualifications
- Academic degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.
- 4–7+ years in consulting, banking, or software firms focused on architecture.
- Proven track record delivering complex transformation or modernization programs.
- Deep expertise in Transformational Banking and core banking processes.
- Strong understanding of modern banking tech stacks, integration, and cloud.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects, customers, and sales teams to understand business requirements in core banking.
- Translate banking processes into robust solution designs and architectures based on SAP Fioneer products.
- Lead the design of target architectures and scalable solutions for complex problems.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and ensure designs align with regulatory guardrails and objectives.
- Advise customers on best use of SAP Fioneer solutions for modernization and cost efficiency.
- Drive opportunities and transformation programs as architectural lead for core banking.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape roadmaps and align with market needs.
- Provide coaching and foster knowledge sharing across teams.
