• Manage high volumes with precision, compliance and timely turnarounds.
• Utilise conveyancing software and banking systems to track transactions.
• Build and maintain client relationships with professional advice and clear communication.

Conveyancing Attorney position available in Pretoria.

We are currently hiring a Conveyancing Attorney for a permanent position available in Nieuw Muckleneuk, Pretoria.

Salary: R25 000 – R40 000 per month (Depending on post admission Conveyancing experience).

Minimum Requirements:

• Professional individual with meticulous attention to detail
• Fully bilingual with good business English proficiency
• Bachelor of Laws Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer a must
• 2 years post admission Conveyancer experience preferred / Recently admitted Conveyancers will also be considered
• Independently functional, able to prioritise and manage busy workload and work under pressure
• Computer literate in relevant legal software (e.g. LexisConvey, GhostConvey, E4 etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must
• Residing in Pretoria a must (within daily commuting distance)
• Stable employment record and contactable references
• To start as soon as possible

• End-to-end management of conveyancing transactions, including property transfers, mortgage bond registrations and cancellations
• Drafting and reviewing of conveyancing-related documentation, ensuring legal compliance
• Manage high volumes of conveyancing matters, maintaining precision, compliance and turnaround times under pressure
• Utilise conveyancing software and banking systems effectively to manage and track transactions.
• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable legislation and related regulatory frameworks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering professional advice, clear communication, and high-quality service throughout the transaction
• Manage small conveyancing team and manage finances related to conveyancing matters
