Job summary

Century City Law Firm in Cape Town seeks an experienced Conveyancing Associate/Associate Attorney and Conveyancer. The candidate must be admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer with solid experience in property transfers and client liaison.

The role manages files from instruction to registration and provides support on property matters. The successful candidate will liaise with clients, banks and Deeds Office, handle compliance issues, and ensure timely registrations.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer with 2–3 years post-admission experience.
• Solid experience in property transfers and conveyancing procedures.
• Experience with conveyancing software such as LexisConvey, GhostConvey or E4.
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to liaise with clients, banks, municipalities and Deeds Office.

Conveyancing Associate Century City, Cape Town A reputable law firm based in Century City, Cape Town is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Associate / Associate Attorney and Conveyancer to join their growing conveyancing department. The ideal candidate must be an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer with solid experience in property transfers, conveyancing procedures and client liaison. The successful candidate will manage conveyancing files independently from instruction to registration and provide legal support on property-related matters. Salary: Market related Requirements:

• Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer
• LLB Degree
• 2-3 years’ post-admission experience
• Strong conveyancing and property law experience
• Experience with conveyancing software such as LexisConvey, GhostConvey or E4
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
• Manage property transfer matters from instruction to registration
• Draft and review conveyancing and property-related documents
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, banks, municipalities and the Deeds Office
• Attend to compliance, FICA, transfer duty, rates and levy clearances
• Provide legal advice on conveyancing and property law matters
