Duties and Responsibilities:

• Risk and Compliance: Responsibilities include risk reporting, fraud and money laundering management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and updating the Risk Management and Compliance Programme.
• Conveyancing Attorney: Duties include meeting clients for document signings, maintaining relationships with Secretaries, and ensuring timely appointments.
