Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Conveyancer in Welkom to manage property transfers from instruction to Deeds Office registration. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent communication with clients, agents, lenders, buyers and sellers.

You will handle sale agreements, registrations, and cancellations, while using conveyancing software and practice management systems to maintain high service standards in the Free State.

Qualifications

• Admitted as a Conveyancer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Deeds Registries Act and property-related legislation.
• Proficient with conveyancing software and practice management systems.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of property transfers, including sale agreements and registrations.
