Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FICA, PDI, and other relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney or candidate Conveyancer with at least 4 years of experience in conveyancing and property law .
• Proven track record in handling various types of property transfers (residential, commercial).
• Proficiency in relevant conveyancing software and Deeds Office procedures.
