• Matric with at least 5 years experience in managing a retail store
• Diploma in Retail Management preferred
• Knowledge of fuel compliance regulations
• Previous experience in stock management within retail environment
• Strong financial background

Responsabilités

• Oversee forecourt and fuel operations, including pump systems and safety
• Maintain stock control, pricing, wastage and stock loss prevention
• Manage POS, cash handling, deposits, bank reconciliations, and supplier terms
• Recruit, train and supervise staff; manage rosters and hygiene
• Develop and execute site marketing to boost brand and sales
• Ensure Health, Safety and Compliance and staff training records
