Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd in Vereeniging, Gauteng, seeks a Fleet Coordinator to ensure vehicles are maintained to Premier standards and drivers are trained on SOPs and SWPs. You will handle load execution, reporting, documentation, monitor fuel consumption, update service schedules, and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams to keep operations efficient.

Minimum 2 years in transport, 1 year in driver management, Grade 12 with Maths; strong organizational, communication and planning skills are

Qualifications

• 2 years in the transport industry.
• At least 1 year experience in driver management.
• Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Grade 12 / Matric with Maths.
• Any other related qualification will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Load execution.
• Reports and documentation management.
• Monitor fuel consumption and investigate irregularities.
• Monitor and update the service schedule to ensure tankers are serviced on time.
• Accident/Incident reporting and investigation.
• Arranging repairs and maintenance for all vehicles.
• Capturing and analyzing daily spreadsheets.
• Capturing and monitoring of driver’s and crew’s working and overtime hours.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is to ensure that all vehicles are maintained to Premier standards, all drivers and crews are trained on all SOP’s and SWP

Key Responsibilities

• Load execution.

• Accident/Incident reporting and investigation.
• Arranging repairs and maintenance for all vehicles.

• Capturing and monitoring of driver’s and crew’s working and overtime hours

Experience and Qualifications

• 2 years in the transport industry.
• At least 1 year experience in driver management.
• Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Grade 12 / Matric with Maths.
• Any other related qualification will be advantageous.
