Job summary

RPO Recruitment’s client, a leading building contractor in Cape Town, is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to join their team. You will lead on-site execution of diverse projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget while coordinating site staff and maintaining quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have a National Diploma or BTech in Construction Management, 3–5 years of hands-on on-site experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience leading on-site execution of various projects (painting, roofing, waterproofing, maintenance)
• Ability to manage multiple projects while guiding site staff to deliver on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and communication skills with excellent problem solving abilities
• Professional and presentable with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Valid driver’s license

Requirements

• Possess technical skills across multiple disciplines

Benefits

Salary: R360K – R300K basic salary, excluding company benefits
