Job summary

Together Staffing Group seeks an exceptional Contracts Manager to take full commercial ownership of major construction projects in Johannesburg and surrounding areas, protecting margins while delivering excellence. You will lead contract strategy, risk management and stakeholder negotiations to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction contracts, a BSc/BTech in Construction Management, and exposure to JBCC/CCS; SACQSP registration is advantageous for

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in the construction industry
• BSc/ BTech in Construction Management or related field
• Registration with SACQSP is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle management of construction contracts, from tender award to final account
• Drafting, reviewing, and administering all contractual documentation
• Managing subcontractor agreements, variations, claims, and dispute resolution
• Leading commercial negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensuring strict compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
