Job summary

Bridgestone Lephalale invites a Contract Manager to oversee supplier contracts on site. You will establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring alignment on cost, quality, and delivery to safeguard capacity.

Essential experience in construction or mining, 3 years supervisory, and a valid South African Code 10 licence. Prefer earthmover tyre fitting and relevant automotive/assessment certificates.

Qualifications

• Experience within the construction or mining industries.
• Three years of Supervisory experience.
• A valid and appropriate heavy vehicle drivers’ licence (South African Code 10).

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Contrat Manager will be responsible for the relationship and contracts between the company and suppliers/vendors. He will be capable to establish and maintain
long-term working relationships between the company, the client and suppliers. Inorder to improve time-to-market and to safeguard capacity, quality, cost and
continuity in the long term. The person must have initiative, technical capacity,drive and be capable of making decisions.

Qualifications &Experience Essential:

• Experience within the construction or mining industries.
• Three years of Supervisory experience.
• A valid and appropriate heavy vehicle drivers’ licence (South African
  Code 10)

Preferred:

• Five years of Earthmover tyre fitting experience.
• Certificate in Automotive (Mechanical fitting)
• Certificate in Assessment and Workplace training or Frontline management
