Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven experience in continuous improvement roles applying Lean and Six Sigma.
• Demonstrated success leading and managing process improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
• Experience with relevant software tools for data analysis and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Analyze operational performance data to identify key areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Develop and deploy new workflows, tools, and methodologies to optimize production processes.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional team workshops to drive problem-solving.
• Train and coach employees at all levels on CI methodologies and best practices.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and report on KPIs.
