Job summary

Vodacom is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive measurable performance enhancements across operations in South Africa. The role partners with business and product stakeholders to define problems, scope baselines, and design fit-for-purpose solutions that deliver quantified benefits through cost, time, quality, and customer experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential and a degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in continuous improvement or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification is advantageous.
• Process mapping tools experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational performance data and identify problems in early stages.
• Facilitate CI workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and track improvement projects with KPI performance.
• Maintain CI standards, documentation, and governance artefacts.
