Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Port Elizabeth team. This hybrid role focuses on driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to boost efficiency, quality and productivity across the organization.

You will work with department heads to translate goals into practical improvements, train staff, and track impact while fostering a culture of continuous development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operations.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment is advantageous.
